Benefits and Salary

• Highest Rates of Compensation possible for the New York area (these vary by site and contract).

• Flexible positions tailored to clinician's interests, experience, and expertise.

• Employee Status: W-2 Filing and withholding, Independent contractor package

• Regular Annual Increases in Compensation negotiable between clinician and MTA (provided that clinician complies with and maintains all required professional certifications and licensures, updates liability insurance and completes all record-keeping duties in a timely manner and has an annual physical as required by site and MTA).

Career Opportunites and Specialty Training

• CFY Supervision that meets and exceeds ASHA requirements for speech-language pathologists.

• Supervision and On-Site Consults with Continued Administrative and Clinical Liaison Services with job site administrators to deal with assignment or site issues affecting the provision of services.

• In-House training to assist the clinician in professional development in areas such as:
· Multicultural or Bilingual Issues in Speech-Language Development
· Treatment of the multiply-handicapped and/or visually impaired population
· Working with Autism or PDD Spectrum Disorders using various methodologies
· Early Intervention ages 0 - 3
· PECS
· Oral-Motor and Feeding/Nutrition issues
· Collaborative "Push In" Therapy
· Preschool populations

• Guidance in Certification and Licensure: From out of town or out of state? We can help you navigate the New York State licensure and certification process from beginning to end.

• One professional conference per year after 12 months of employment (with employer reimbursement of up to $225).
